Diane Leonard is an expert in nonprofit capacity-building. She's a Registered Scrum Trainer, Registered Scrum Master, and Registered Product Owner who has also been a Grant Professional Certified since 2006.

Her company, DH Leonard Consulting & Grant Writing Services, has secured over $137.4 million in competitive grant awards for clients. Since 2016, she and her team have used the Scrum framework to improve their own efficiency and to help their nonprofit clients increase their grant application success and awarded funds.

When not working with her team on improving the capacity of nonprofit organizations, Diane can be found in the 1000 Islands, out for a run, or drinking a strong cup of coffee.

Erich is a Scrum Trainer, Product Owner, and Scrum Master Credentialed by the Agile Education powered by Scrum Inc., Certified Scrum @ Scale, and Certified Scrum in Hardware Trainer.

Erich is an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach and Director of Agile Practice in railroad and automotive system design, development, and deployment. Erich has been coaching and facilitating agile-minded teams since his days on the Cornell University Formula SAE team as an undergraduate. Erich supports the curriculum development and training work of Agile in Nonprofits bringing in experiences from a wide range of team and business settings.

Erich is passionate about using Scrum in all elements of his life, so when not focusing on helping businesses succeed and create greater impact, better products, and happier customers with Scrum, he can be found using Scrum to coach the First Lego League community team the Heritage Hi-Techs of middle school students.
